The Heart Behind Anahita

Who we are:

Behnoosh Azizi is a distinguished senior pharmacist at Mayo Clinic Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona, bringing over 25 years of clinical and operational expertise to the healthcare field. A graduate of St. John’s University in New York with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, she holds licenses in both Arizona and New York.

Beyond her professional achievements, Behnoosh is a passionate advocate for equity and empowerment. She has actively contributed to numerous nonprofit organizations, including One by One Foster and the World Academy for the Future of Women, where she has championed initiatives supporting women, children, and youth across diverse communities.

Driven by a deep belief in service and social impact, she founded Anahita, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating meaningful opportunities for young people. Through programs that nurture wellness, foster education, and promote equity, Anahita is helping build a more connected and compassionate future.
